How the site works, what the checks mean and what to expect from an enquiry.
Are the properties shown available to buy?
No. All six current listings are illustrative examples, with sample prices and images. They are not live sale offers and cannot be reserved or booked for a viewing.
What does a property check mean here?
Our Trust Centre defines four checks: advertiser identity and authority, documents and approvals, physical observations and images, and availability and price. Each completed review must show its scope, source, date, reviewer role and unresolved issues. None has been performed on the current examples.
Does a check guarantee ownership or a safe transaction?
No. A recorded check describes only the stated review. It is not a title guarantee, structural survey, legal opinion or guarantee against fraud. Ask for the evidence and obtain the professional advice needed for your transaction.
What commission will I pay?
Fees and their payment trigger must be agreed individually in writing before commitment. There is no online payment or deposit facility here. The buyer cost planner uses amounts you enter and does not quote a service fee or tax.
How do I save and compare properties?
Tap a heart to save a property to your browser shortlist. Add up to three using Compare. Your selections remain in this browser and can be removed. Clearing browser storage or changing devices removes access to those selections.
Will saved searches send me alerts?
No. Saved searches keep your filter combinations in this browser so you can restore them. They do not create an account or send email or WhatsApp alerts.
How do viewing requests work?
Submit your requirements, preferred day and time window in the Viewing Planner. A representative must confirm arrangements separately. Sample properties cannot be viewed; you can use one as a reference for a real property requirement.
How do I report inaccurate information?
Use Report a Listing with the reference or URL and a specific explanation. Reports are private. We commit to review material concerns and make corrections or unresolved uncertainty visible for real listings. Keep the reference shown after a successful submission.
Can I send identity or ownership documents through a form?
Please do not. Our public forms are for initial enquiries, viewing requirements and listing reports. Any sensitive document review needs a separately agreed private process. Read the privacy policy for the information collected by forms.
How can I contact you on WhatsApp?
Public WhatsApp details are coming soon. We have not published a placeholder number that could contact someone else. Use the Contact page to send an enquiry to our administration system.
Can I rely on the area conversion?
The converter is arithmetic using your chosen marla factor. Measurements and local unit conventions can differ; confirm the basis used in the actual property record. It is not a survey or measurement certificate.
Can I submit my property for sale?
Yes. Read the Seller Guide, then submit the initial details through Sell Your Property. We review the request before any real listing is accepted or a service agreement is made.
