TRUST CENTRE • OUR PUBLIC STANDARD

Confidence needs evidence.

A property should come with a clear account of what is known, what remains uncertain and who supplied the information. Here is the standard we commit to for real listings.

CURRENT WEBSITE STATUS

Six examples. Zero completed property checks.

Every property currently shown is a demonstration. Prices, descriptions and photographs are illustrative. No seller identity, ownership, authority, visit, approval or availability check has been completed. These properties are not live sale offers. A sample image never earns a verification badge.

THE PROPERTY CHECK RECORD

Four checks, with their limits.

For a future real listing, each check must identify its scope, source, check date, reviewer role and any unresolved issues. Sensitive documents will be redacted; public summaries will describe evidence without publishing identity or bank details.

01 • IDENTITY & AUTHORITY

Who is advertising?

Review the advertiser’s identity and their basis for acting for the owner. Record whether authority was evidenced and what remains unresolved. An identity check alone does not establish ownership.

02 • DOCUMENTS & APPROVALS

What do the records support?

Record which documents and relevant official records were examined, their dates and scope. Distinguish ownership evidence, building permission and scheme status. A scheme NOC does not prove the title of an individual property.

03 • PROPERTY & PHOTOGRAPHS

What was observed?

Record a dated visit, observer role and the features actually observed. Identify original, supplied and illustrative images. A visit or photograph is not a structural survey or a measurement certificate.

04 • AVAILABILITY & PRICE

Is the information current?

Record who confirmed availability and the asking price, on what date and for which listing. A seller confirmation is time-sensitive; it is not a binding offer or valuation.

Read a status before trusting a badge.

Not checked: no assessment completed. Evidence received: supplied material is awaiting review. Checked within stated scope: a dated review is recorded, with its limitations. Needs clarification: an inconsistency or missing item remains unresolved. Update needed: previously recorded information needs reconfirmation. These labels describe a process, not a guarantee or safety score.

A visible issue should change the listing.

When a credible concern is received, we commit to review it, mark material uncertainty visibly and pause a real listing where ownership, authority or material accuracy is unresolved. Corrections should include the changed field, reason and update date. Original evidence and review notes are kept privately where necessary. We will not remove a well-founded concern simply to keep a listing attractive.

CLEAR COMMERCIAL TERMS

Fees before commitment

The service scope, payer, fee amount, payment trigger and any third-party expenses must be agreed in writing before a client commits. This website does not collect deposits or property payments. Calculator figures are planning inputs, not fee quotations.

NO INVENTED PROOF

Honesty at launch

We do not publish fabricated reviews, transaction counts, licence claims or completed verification badges. Public contact details will appear only when confirmed. WhatsApp is currently coming soon; use a website enquiry.

CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy with a purpose

Website enquiries are received privately in our administration system. Do not submit CNIC scans, bank details or title documents through public forms. Browser shortlists and saved searches stay on your device; they are not email subscriptions.

A TRACEABLE NEXT STEP

References, not promises

A successful enquiry gets a reference you can keep for follow-up. A viewing request needs separate confirmation. Neither an enquiry reference nor a requested visit reserves a property or proves a check was completed.

Use official records for their actual scope.

Start with the official CDA housing-scheme status resource and CDA property verification service information. Confirm the relevant authority and record for the exact property. Official pages can change; record the source and date rather than relying on a screenshot alone.

Standard published 9 October 2026. This is our operating commitment; it is not a claim that today’s sample properties have passed it.

PERSONAL GUIDANCE, FROM SEARCH TO NEXT STEP

Make the next step a clear one.

Tell us your requirements, ask what has been checked and keep a written record before committing.
